The apartment is located in Via Mastro Giorgio in Testaccio, close to “Piramide” underground station. Testaccio is one of the oldest areas of Rome and lies very close to some of the most important places of interest in the city.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic late 19th century building with concierge and is composed of a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a living room with dining table and double sofa bed. A single rollaway bed is available for a 5th person.
The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped for preparing meals and is fitted with microwave oven, fridge, gas stove and pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The apartment is quiet and recently restored in a modern style.
The flat is supplied with satellite television, DVD, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed and bath linen. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and the central heating is autonomously controlled.
All children up to 6 years old pay half price.
From February 2011 there will be Tourist Tax 2 EUR per person per night in Rome needed.
