Proximity to everything
The hot water system needs to be replaced or repaired because a hot aahower was not something to look forward to. Apartment manager needs to make sure everything is working before guests arrive.

The location was excellent.
The bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to clean the shower out ourselves and disinfect it before using it. This was very disappointing considering the rest of the apartment.
